Returns and Exchanges
Please note the terms and conditions below. If you have any questions, would like assistance, or would like to return an item, you may reach us online through our contact form or email us at email@example.com.
The following terms and conditions apply to returns, exchanges or refunds:
- Returns, exchanges or refunds will be accepted within 30 days of your receipt. Exceptions to this include damaged and defective items, which may have their own return policy. We require receipt, packing slip or other proof of purchase. Returned coffee pods must be unopened and in salable condition, with manufacturer’s original packing. Sorry, shipping fees are not refundable. Exceptions include if we have made an error and decide to make reasonable exceptions, like arranging for the item to be returned at our expense.
- Damaged products: If a package arrives and is damaged, please notify us via our contact form or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Claims against a carrier must be made by us. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
- For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
- If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the warehouse. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
- Save all packaging for any claims. Please specify the reasons for the returns.
- Please contact Cambio Roasters at email@example.com if you have questions, need assistance, or would like to return an item. Apparel and mugs may be returned if unused and unworn.
Cambio Coffee Pods
We hope you love what you ordered. If you are not completely satisfied with your coffee, we’ll make it right. We will handle your return promptly by either exchanging the item or issuing a credit or refund.
While we work hard to make our biscottis great, it’s important that you’re happy. If you’re not satisfied due to any of the following reasons, a refund or replacement will gladly be made. If a refund or replacement is requested, we ask that you share a photo of the product with us.
- Product was not what was ordered, was broken in several pieces, in poor quality, packaging was not intact, or product otherwise was not edible.
Glass Storage Jars
Glass storage jars may be returned for the following reasons:
- Product was not what was ordered, was broken or cracked
- Product was not the correct size
- It was no longer needed
- A return shipping fee may be required to ship the glass jar back to Cambio Roasters
Clothing can often shrink when laundered - we encourage you to order your tee a size larger than you would normally wear. Sizes tend to run smaller than indicated. Tees cannot be returned if shrunk after being laundered. Tees can be returned if they are unused and unworn.
