I never received a response to my several inquiries

I never received a response to my several inquiries. I received the variety pack but it was missing pods and missing 3 flavors. I contacted the company by email; I could not find a phone number) 4 times and I have not gotten any response to my options to fix my order. Very disappointed as I was excited to use this coffee and I love that their pods are not plastic.
