Received defective batch.

Received defective batch where the top foil pops open leaving grinds everywhere in coffee cup and in my machine . Emailed the issue to you and did receive a replacement but It wasn’t the same starter pack I ordered but rather a different kind. This also was defective and the foil pops open leaving grinds everywhere . So disappointed in the manufacturing.
